Carol Fonda’s most popular project, the ”BodiBalance WarmUp for Dancers” is available on CD with an accompanying Coaching Guide. She teaches BodiBalance within the context of her ballet, modern and improvisation/composition classes. Carol creates movement for her classes that is both striking and fluid, using rhythm and direction in a way that is both playful and sensual. Her New York studio, just off Union Square, was the home of her dance program for international students, Dance-NY, which served pre-professional and professional dancers(including teachers) for over 15 years.
